Ledgers named Top 30 Spotlight Startup at STEP Dubai 2026

On February 11th, 2026, the Ledgers team traveled to Dubai for STEP Conference, one of the largest and most respected startup and technology events in the MENA region. We left with something we did not expect: a Top 30 Spotlight Startup designation out of more than 300 companies that applied.

What STEP is

STEP brings together thousands of founders, investors, operators, and press from across the region and beyond. The Spotlight program curates a short list of early-stage companies that the organizing team believes represent the most interesting bets in the ecosystem.

Getting selected means being visible to the right rooms. For Ledgers, that meant conversations with investors we had not previously connected with, founders who immediately recognized the problem we are solving, and ecosystem builders who wanted to know more about our roadmap.

What we took away

The most valuable part of STEP was not the stage. It was the hallway conversations. Founder after founder told us the same thing: their tools do not talk to each other, their data is fragmented, and they are making decisions blind. That is the exact problem Ledgers is built to solve.

We came back from Dubai with a sharper sense of the market, a handful of new relationships, and a renewed conviction that what we are building is needed now.
